Emily Egbert Stubbs

Emily brings a broad legal perspective with an aim to sophisticate companies in pursuit of liquidity events.  Her combined experience in private equity fund compliance and business acquisition representation with corporate and employment law, commercial litigation, and inhouse c-suite management not only helps companies avoid legal pitfalls but navigate a wide array of difficult circumstances. She has a successful track record in helping businesses achieve higher valuations through shoring up their back offices, aligning personnel incentives for expansion and growth, and improving operational processes that enable outside capital interests.

Prior to co-founding HVG, she was an attorney at Stoel Rives, a regional firm based in Portland, for 12 years and graduated cum laude from J. Reuben Clark School of Law.

Andrew’s passion for practice valuation is rooted in helping companies optimize their realized value whether his clients are pursuing a full liquidation exit, partnership buy-in/transition, sponsor fund-raising or debt-financing.

Andrew earned his MBA in finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business School and his master's in accounting from BYU.
